Create, import, send, receive, swap, P2P trade, and liquidity actions are initiated and signed by you. Outcomes depend on network conditions, protocol behavior, counterparty conduct, and your own operational security.

If you lose your recovery phrase, Hawk cannot restore the wallet. If you send assets to an incorrect address, Hawk cannot reverse the transaction.

You are responsible for the legal origin of your assets and for complying with applicable laws, including tax and anti-money-laundering rules in your jurisdiction.

Hawk Wallet is not a bank, licensed money transmitter, or exchange. Marketing language about payments or wallet management does not create a custodial or fiduciary relationship.
