By downloading, accessing, or using Hawk Wallet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

2. Service description

Hawk Wallet is non-custodial software for Sidra. It lets you create or import a wallet; send and receive assets; swap; trade P2P; and provide liquidity. Hawk is not a bank, broker, exchange, or custodian. We do not hold or control your funds.

3. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for securing your recovery phrase, device, and all transactions you sign. If the phrase is lost, access to the wallet and assets may be permanently lost. Hawk cannot recover it.

4. No financial advice

Nothing in Hawk Wallet is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Digital assets are volatile and risky.

5. Irreversible transactions

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Hawk cannot cancel, reverse, or recover funds sent to the wrong address or network.

6. Third-party protocols

Swap, P2P, and liquidity features may rely on independent protocols. Hawk does not control those systems and is not liable for their failures, bugs, or economic outcomes.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use Hawk for unlawful activity, fraud, phishing, hacking, money laundering, or sanctions evasion.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hawk is not liable for lost assets, user error, malware, or market moves. Contact: help.hawkwallet@gmail.com.
