Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 20, 2026
Hawk Wallet ("Hawk", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what limited information may be processed when you use the Hawk Wallet app version 1.0.9 and this website.
1. Non-custodial service
Hawk Wallet is a self-custody Sidra wallet. We do not store your private keys or recovery phrase. Keys are generated and kept on your device. We cannot access your funds. If you lose your recovery phrase, we cannot restore the wallet.
2. Information we collect
We follow data minimization. We do not need an account to create a wallet. If you contact support, we may receive your name, email, and message content. The website and app may collect anonymous technical data such as device type, OS version, crash logs, and (if you enable them) push identifiers.
When you interact with Sidra Chain, requests may pass through RPC nodes. An IP address can be visible to node operators for routing and abuse prevention. Public blockchain data (addresses, amounts, timestamps) is public by design and outside our control.
3. How we use information
To operate the website and app, respond to support, improve stability, and protect against abuse. We do not sell personal information.
4. Third parties
Swap, P2P, and liquidity features may interact with third-party protocols or services. Those parties have their own policies. Hawk is not responsible for their practices.
5. Contact
Questions: help.hawkwallet@gmail.com. Never include a recovery phrase in an email or form.
